My name is Doneshea. I normally go by Doe or Nesha. It's easier for the kids to pronounce. I am 23 years young and pregnant with my first child! I used to nanny for a family in Naperville. I was with them for 3 years and I loved it. I haven't been able to come across another family just yet, however I am hoping to soon change that. I love kids.
