I am a part time student soon transferring to San Francisco State University, majoring in communication studies. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I have grown up taking care of my younger brother who was diagnosed with schizophrenia at the age of 13, he is now 16. We are best friends. I have also spent time volunteering with the San Mateo Outdoor Education program as a cabin leader watching over up to 13 5th grade boys in one cabin. I have had two nanny jobs in the past. One lasting 2 years the other lasting 2 consecutive months. I also have a valid drivers license. I enjoy working with kids and feel as I have always had no problem communicating with children of all ages. I am a people person and value getting to know and meeting people from all walks of life.
