I think that being a separate support system is very important. Kids have their parents and siblings, but having that different face a few days out of the week is just letting them know they have so many people in their corner!

I have not had a chance to Nanny yet, however in child care my favorite moment is when parents are dropping off their children and the kids yell "Ms. Em Ms. Em!" and get super excited to spend the class with me!
