I’ve volunteered at the organization girls on the run. I was a coach for 20-30 girls between the ages of 8-12. At Girls on the Run we taught lessons on emotional and mental empowerment to young girls through running activities.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
An outdoor activity I love taking kids to is Outdoor fairs or events. I grew up in Western Massachusetts and have such nostalgia for the fall season. I loved the activities like a hayride through a pumpkin patch, or picking apples and making cider or pie. I think fall festivals definitely fall under the same umbrella. I love knowing i’m making a positive impact on someone’s life or giving someone a memory that they can look back on fondly!
