The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure they are fed properly changed properly and if they're not feeling well I would be able to contact the parents or a physician that they leave or provide for me and hold them real tight in my arms and give them all the love they need into their parents get home.

When they finally was potty trained and they love flushing the toilet. When they started their first steps and fell and laughed with me and got back up and tried it again it was awesome those are very memorable moments with me.
