The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters is that the children have a reliable person in their life who they know loves them and expects them to be the best they can possibly be!
My experience with special needs children...
I was an assistant for a year in a special needs school and also was a summer teacher there.
Later, as a full time teacher I had many students with learning disabilities ranging from ADHD to Asperger’s to Autistic to emotional and behavioral disorders.
My niece has autism and several nephews have ADHD.

I have a lot of memorable moments:
- numerous moments with outbursts from Natalie, waiting them out and then hugging her
- Finding a packet of marajuana on the floor and casually placing it on the kitchen counter for the dad to find … not realizing what it was! 🤦🏽♀️
- Receiving a gas can as a gag gift for Christmas after I ran out of gas on the way to work 🤦🏽♀️
- Talking with the oldest daughter when picking her up from after school clubs
- Talking with the dad in the kitchen after learning how to cook rice
- Shopping at Whole Foods for them at the dad’s request and thinking everything was overpriced! (Now I shop there regularly! Lol.)
- Getting Natalie on and off the bus … and avoiding an outburst in the process
- Washing my hair with the shower spray to try and convince Natalie to take a bath instead of screaming at me and trying to him me from frustration. She thought it was so funny and weird … she laughed … and got in the bath tub! Mission accomplished! lol. 🤣

Hello! I have always loved children. Since I was 4 years old, I have always said that when I grew up, I wanted to be a mommy. I'm not yet, but that's why I want to be a nanny! I am young and perky. I myself still enjoy playing outside and running around. Another one of my favorite things to do is cook and bake. I love to try out new recipes.

My Best friend and I would be doing these jobs together. We have had a lot of experience with children. We LOVE kids and babies. (we can change diapers) We are able to babysit in a house with pets. We are under 14 years of age. We would have to have jobs that are after 3:30 p.m. We both are great with kids and are super excited to babysit.
