I had an incredibly sweet moment with a second grader that was in the cooking program of the Sunday Academy that I volunteered at. He was special needs and always had a lot of energy so I'd sit and talk with him about his life. In one of our many talks he told me that we were "besties" and I was one of the few volunteers that he'd listen to.
