My experience with special needs children...
I worked with multiple children with special needs each different but each amazing in their own way getting to understand them and be their to watch them learning the way they see things was the best part of my days unfortunately because their where multiple children with special needs days would be hard where they would fight and have meltdowns once I figured out how to calm and regulate them meltdowns got manageable some like me singing to them others liked when I would spin the around in my arms sometimes they would need a tight hug not too tight of course and i honestly miss those kids

My favorite nanny moment is when I reappear behaviors like always cleaning up after messes or cleaning around the house and the children see it and start cleaning up after themselves or asking me to clean up with them or if they can help me clean watching them learn from me and making that difference and impact in their lives
