Overall, I try to keep things fun, interactive, and tailored to what each child enjoys.

The most important part about being a nanny is making sure the children feel safe, supported, and cared for. Building trust with both the children and the parents is really important to me. I think it’s also important to be patient, attentive, and present, while helping kids learn, grow, and feel confident in themselves. Creating a positive and comfortable environment where they can have fun and be themselves is something I always focus on.

I have experience working with children with special needs, including toddlers with speech delays and autism. In my daycare role, I’ve supported children by being patient, attentive, and using clear communication and consistent routines to help them feel comfortable and understood.
