Hi! I'm Elianna Neumann and I am the most responsible 19 year old you will meet. I am currently a caregiver through Consumer Direct Wa and have been working with disabled children since January 2022. I’ve been raising my siblings my whole life so I have experience with teens, tween, kids, toddlers and newborns, but I’ve only been paid for it for about 4 years now.
I’m working over part time with an amazing child client so I’m not looking for too my much on the side, but it never hurts to look. I work every week day 2:30-10 most days and sometimes work a day on weekends so if we can fit it around that I’m sure it works! Just looking to help families in short bursts. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve been raising babies my whole life. My parents were foster parents on top of having their own but we’re also neglectful of us all. As the oldest I stepped up. Eventually some kids went back to their parents and we were left with me and two siblings and one on the way. My mom started drinking so I started caring for her, a teen, a tween and a new born. I’ve been a baby sitter for a lot of people in my town paid on top of my years of helping my parents before so it went smoothly. I did this for over 2 years before I moved out and took took the kids with me. Children have always been the most important thing to me so I appreciate every opportunity that allows me to work with them instead of well anything else haha.
