My name is Eliot and I am a career nanny with over a dozen years of experience (10 years in NYC), including multiples and children with special needs. I have nannied children of all ages ranging from day-old newborns to high-schoolers. I have my bachelors in developmental psychology and lead with evidence based practices, namely an authoritative approach. I am a very active and energetic person and I love spending time outdoors and organizing enriching activities with my nanny kids (music classes, library trips, nature walks, beach trips, etc.).
