My name is Elisha Barbee. I’m 19 and I’m a year out of high school and I’m just trying to look for a good part-time job before I decide to go to college. I have worked with kids before; I had done a paid internship throughout high school for a year and I was assigned with older mentors to watch over first through fifth graders at Garfield Elementary in Oakland CA. Ever since that job, I have wanted to work with kids again as it’s so fun and lively, and I also think going to college I would work in child development so I feel like just being a nanny would help with that.
