We sorted through the Legos and I asked "what color is this? What shape is it? How many black legos can you find?" Then to get him to clean all the Legos up, I made it into a game "I bet I can get more Legos back in the box faster than you!" He giggled and we raced each other to clean up. When we were done I told him "good job cleaning up your toys! That's very responsible of you". This is just an example of the way I interact with children. I would also be happy to help with cleaning or cooking.
