Hi! I am graduating from Vanderbilt University in December 2022 with a BA in Elementary Education and Child Development. I have spent 3 summers working as a preschool teacher, 2 summers as a camp counselor for troubled youth, and countless jobs as a babysitter ranging from 2 months old to 15 years old. My education at Vanderbilt has prepared me in culturally sustaining pedagogy, best practices according to state and national educational standards, attention to social emotional learning, and the development of my own curriculum in general education subjects as well as art, dance, and music. I would love to channel my passion for education, equality, and exploration into a full time nannying job to provide intentional, direct care for families and children.

I was a camp counselor for years and years as a teen and young adult, I worked for a public school corporation in Indiana for a year, and now I’m moving to Madison! I love kids of all ages, but have a soft spot for babies, toddlers, and preteens.
