Growing up I was a dancer and our studio provided volunteer services for underprivileged children who wanted to take dance classes. My dance team and I received the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for this work. Additionally, when I was older I taught Mommy and Me dance classes for younger children and their parents.

I enjoy doing arts and crafts as well as going outside for some good exercise! I believe a balanced day with fun activities to challenge young minds coupled with exercise and healthy eating make for a terrific day with children.

When I was in middle and high school I was a special needs aide who helped teachers take the students to and from gym class and complete light exercises and games.
