A little bit about me

Hello. Thank you for visiting my profile. I have a family counseling career of over 10 years of work with children of all ages. In addition, I have spent the last few years as a full time homemaker. Prior to my counseling career, serving vulnerable children and families, I took care of all the new babies and children in our family as well as our grandparents as they aged and passed on. My passions for happy family life began during my childhood, and became my career and education. I love helping parents come home to a clean home, while keeping children busy, cozy, warm, and fed. I perform child supervision with play centered learning and emphasis on moral development, per age appropriate needs. I discipline using Love and Logic, time out based on age, loss of favorite privilege/toy/media for the day. Discipline is followed by the child saying what they learned is the right thing to do.
