The most important part about being a nanny is knowing that I am there 100%, all focus and attention. It’s very important to listen to what the kids have to say, if they need someone to talk to or just to listen. Our kids are fragile and we have to make sure that we never loose sight of what’s most important, your kids, their health, love, caution, feelings, discipline if ever needed, but to always make them aware that we’re here to make their day better and keep the joy and laughter going!!!!
