I love to do anything art related, bringing out the kiddos creative side is always so fun! For the littles -reading books, little adventures (aka walks), playing pretend, building pillow forts, drawing/painting!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Making an impact on the kids lives. Watching them grow and develop while teaching them new things and supporting them is so extremely rewarding. I still remember my childhood nanny, she made a significant impact on me during an important time in my life and it positively affected who I am as a person today. I hope to make a positive impact like that on these kiddos lives.
My experience with special needs children...
Some experience volunteering with special needs kiddos, mostly playing with them and guiding them in different activities. And I currently am working part time at Vertugo Hills Autism Project!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most recent family that I nannied for in NYC was visiting LA and I got to see them for a quick catch up! The youngest I was only 3months when I first started with them in NYC and at this point he was almost 2 years old🥹 But he still remembered me!! The oldest was turning 6 soon, and she told me that she still read the Fancy Nancy books all the time and she brought it to school to read to the class (I gave the books to her for her 3rd birthday).
