I have been a daycare worker at St. John Lalande for over a year, I taught swim lessons with my sister for two years, and I have volunteered with little kid volleyball camps for years!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Some of my favorite activities to do with little ones are playing outside, going for walks, coloring, play dough, having a little singing and dancing concert, going to the zoo, playing at the park, and really anything that doesn’t involve a screen!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny to me is being someone the kids can trust and depend on. Being a working parent is hard because I am sure you guys would love to stay home with your kids all day, but it isn’t always an option, so I would love to be that person you can trust to love and care for your kid or kids when you can’t be there.
My experience with special needs children...
While I don’t have a ton of experience caring for children that have special needs, I would love to learn and gain knowledge. I have cared for kids that have autism, cleft lips, and vision impairments.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment has been witnessing my littles first steps, hearing them say my name for the first time, and hearing babies first laughs!
