Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
My first job I was a medical receptionist at an urgent care. I was a baby sitter on the weekends for the skidmore family who actually ended up moving to Utah where I moved to work for them part time as a live in nanny after my Disney world internship. I’ve worked with this family for 7 years and sadly we now are parting ways because they are moving out of the country. I work part time at Starbucks and I am trying to find my next family I can work for and I’m hoping to find that perfect fit as I am one to stay committed with a family!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Going to museums/aquarium, park, arts and craft, dance dance revolution time, etc.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is being there for those kids as for example a teacher would. Showing them right from wrong and giving them new experiences so they can have a good day while their mom/dad/ or guardian are working away and can come home knowing their kids were well tended to.
