I like doing all sorts of activities with the kiddos! This can include imaginary play, board/card games, building games, dancing, doll play, outside play (anything even hopscotch!!), etc!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I honestly think the most important part is being able to connect with children and being a fun yet safe and supportive person for that child. It’s all about creating an environment where that child trusts me and knows we can be creative and have fun while getting what needs to be done accomplished!!
My experience with special needs children...
I have a younger brother with autism who is non-verbal, he is the sweetest boy ever and I absolutely love and adore him. I have learned a lot about autism from this and past experiences I have had, and therefore believe if you have a child with autism, they could benefit from my care and support!
