The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my top priorities is making sure families feel safe, comfortable, and confident with me caring for their children. I believe in working closely with families and aligning my care with their values, routines, and what works best for their unique needs. Equally important to me is building meaningful connections with the children I work with and creating positive, engaging experiences where they feel supported, respected, and excited to learn and grow.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with special education children and loved it deeply :)
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments working with children are when I see them fully engaged in joy and curiosity. I love watching them explore, learn, and discover the world around them. It's especially meaningful when children feel safe and comfortable enough with me to play, laugh, express themselves, and simply be who they are. Creating a nurturing environment where children can grow with confidence and happiness is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. 💛
