More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have 5 years of experience working with children in Head Start, daycare settings, and as a private nanny. In these roles, I cared for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, followed structured daily routines, supported early learning and developmental milestones, and maintained safe, nurturing environments. I’m also CPR/First Aid certified and have completed 183+ hours of early childhood training.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy planning hands-on, Montessori-inspired activities that encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence. I love incorporating practical life skills like pouring, sorting, food prep, and cleaning alongside sensory bins and fine motor work.
I also enjoy introducing simple science-based activities such as nature walks, observing plants and insects, water experiments, color mixing, magnet play, and basic cause-and-effect exploration. I focus on child-led learning, allowing children to explore at their own pace while guiding them with structure and intention.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, consistent environment where a child feels secure enough to grow, learn, and be themselves. When trust is established, everything else falls into place.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments is watching a child master something they’ve been working on independently, whether it’s pouring their own cup of water without spilling, putting on their shoes by themselves, or calming their body after a big emotion. Seeing that spark of pride and confidence on their face is so special. I love being a steady, encouraging presence while they grow into their independence.

Hi! My name is Zoanna (Zoe). I’m 24 and have several years of experience caring for children through babysitting jobs, as well as helping care for my nieces and nephews. I’ve cared for children ranging from newborns to 12 years old, though I’m especially comfortable with ages 1–8. I’m patient, caring, responsible, and really enjoy getting to know each child’s personality and interests.
Outside of childcare, I enjoy music, karaoke, reading, writing, and learning new things. I’m respectful of each family’s routines and parenting styles and always want parents to feel confident that their little ones are in good hands. I’d love the opportunity to help out and become someone your family can rely on!
