Throughout high school I was apart of an Anchor Club. This club was a volunteer club and one of the many activities available was baby-sitting. These were often at the elementary schools while the adults were in meetings and usually me and one other person were in charge of taking care of at least 10 kids of all ages for a few hours.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love reading to children, helping them with learning or schoolwork, playing board games with them, playing outside with them, and even playing dress up.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think that being a nanny requires more than just watching the kids. I think it's important to make sure they feel safe, get to know the kids and make sure they would feel comfortable around me. It's important the kids are provided with activities to do, fed well and listened to.
