My experience is very consistent and well established, centered on years of being the dedicated caregiver for the same families. I've successfully managed care for a wide spectrum of ages, from infants and toddlers and children up to age 10 . What really complements this is my time as a youth leader, which provided valuable experience in guiding mentoring and keeping larger
groups engaged in positive settings. This blend of in-depth family care and leadership experience helped me to become equipped to handle diverse situations and various developmental stages.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I really enjoy activities that let the kids just be kids! We spend a lot of time playing games, whether it's board games inside or making up exciting imagination games outside. I also love to focus on creative play and getting outdoors, but I always make sure we set aside time for a calm moment where I can help them tackle their homework and make sure they feel good about their schoolwork.

For me , the most important part of being a nanny is building a foundation of absolute trust. That trust creates a safe space for the children to thrive and gives their parents total peace of mind. It’s the key to making everything else successful

The most important part about being a nanny...

The moments that really stick with me are those little goodbyes. Recently, I was helping the children who are about 4 and 6 get ready for bed right before their parents got home when I was heading toward the door the 4 year old completely surprised me he climbed off his bed and just stood right in the doorway he looked up with the sleepiest eyes and said “please don’t go miss Emily “ it was nothing dramatic, but that heartfelt moment showed me how much they really rely on and love having me there!
