Some times the small moments, people, or events can impact a child the most. Even if I am just a small moment of their life, I want to be one of those good memories they think of if something reminds them of a game we used to play, or a food I used to make them. A random thought can be so impressionable!

I always joke that I am the worst at doing my hair. The girls I used to nanny would wait to shower when I would visit, just so I could braid their hair all beautiful while it was wet. I really didn’t know what I was doing (with the hair anyways) but kids have a way of convincing you you’re great at everything!
