A little bit about me

Hi there! My name is Emily. I am CPR/FirstAID/AED certified and have previously been a lifeguard and swim instructor for 4 years. I spent one summer as a nanny for two children. While video games and tv is nice, I only allow limited time with electronics. I like to spend my time with children outside, playing at parks, being creative with games at home, doing fun activities, swimming, etc. If homework needs to be done for summer school or practice, I will sit and work through it with the child. Though I’ve only been a nanny for one summer, I have had multiple babysitting experiences and I’ve previously worked at a summer day camp with a wide range of children. Being able to help children learn, discover, experience new things, and be creative is something I am passionate about. My future job will be working with children of different ages and I couldn’t be more excited.
