More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’m currently working for a childcare company, primarily with newborns, including multiples, and new families! Prior to moving here, my biggest source of experience was being a live in nanny/house manager for a military Mom who traveled consistently for work. The children I worked with (ages 1, 4, and 7) simply stole my heart as we were together more often than not, and I realized I’d like to make childcare into a career.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love any form of art and crafts, and sensory things. I don't mind getting messy and cleaning up afterwards! I also enjoy going on walks and I loooove going to the park, zoos, etc. Anything to stay busy and learning!

I think the most important part of being a nanny is creating a warm, safe environment that encourages growth and curiosity in ways that align with your family’s values. At these young ages, it’s all about patience, being attentive, and meeting kids where they’re at to help support their development. My goal is to nurture that growth while becoming a reliable and trusted helping hand.

I was on a walk with 2 of my kids, and the 4 year old found a rollie pollie and was scared to touch it. So I calmy picked it up, she asked a bunch of questions (which I loved, I used to be an animal educator) and when she was comfortable she held it. She was so happy and proud so we brought it home and made it a little terrarium in some old Tupperware. She completely designed the home and was very thoughtful for the little guy and it just made me so happy.
