I've been a professional nanny for almost a decade now; I became an Au Pair for two separate families after they decided to move states, and am recently reintegrating myself back into the California community. I have dedicated the last 8 years to providing care and support for families. As they say, it takes a village!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love enjoying the fresh air with children. I am a goofball at heart, so it is fun to play with them at the playground or do some activities at home in the backyard. I am an avid reader, and I focus on creating a long-term relationship with the world of books! I also enjoy taking them to the beach or pool when the weather is nice, where we can practice water saftey.

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters most to me, as a nanny, is patience, kindness, and respect. Bodily autonomy is extremely important to me, and I encourage every child to voice how they feel. Informing children before actions is something I enforce, and I am extremely cautious to ensure each child feels safe, regulated, and loved.

My experience with special needs children...

In college, I was a peer mentor for those with minor disabilities. I was also the primary caregiver for a young child with moderate autism. The child and I spent hours working on motor skills, and self-feeding abilities. I routinely joined him during his Occupational Therapy each week. I take pride in my ability to stay calm in high-stress situations.

The most important part about being a nanny...

There are too many sweet moments to even count! If I could sum up what all of those moments meant to me, I would say that my favorite part of being a nanny is to watch these beautiful children become themselves. To bear witness to them achieve something new every day, and to watch their eyes sparkle when they finally get it - it is a remarkable moment to be a part of.
