I worked at People's Institute Daycare in Northampton for almost two years until covid became more serious. My most recent babysitting experience was with a family with 3 children aged 6, 4, and 4 months old. Working with an infant was a different experience, it taught me more about caring for children of multiple ages at once.

I am student athlete and played 3 sports during my time in high school, I like to stay pretty active and enjoy any types of outdoor activities. I love board/card games as reading.

Having a good relationship with the children so they feel safe with me and comfortable around me. This rule applies to the parents and family as well as I know trusting someone with your children can be a very difficult thing to do.
My experience with special needs children...
During my time working at a day care we had many children that required special attention. I was also a member of the Best Buddies club in high school, a club based around doing activities with students and children with special needs.

My favorite moment would have to be when I left my kids for a week to go on vacation and when I returned they all sprinted over screaming "Emily is back!"
