Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked at a horse barn leading summer camps, babysat for both friends and family, and as a student therapist worked with kids as young as 3 up to adulthood! Then finally I am the oldest of 8 kids so I have TONS of experience keeping littles safe and entertained!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
arts and crafts are usually a big hit, playing outside with bubbles or playing tag, doing some sort of easy (and safely planned out) baking/cooking/decorating is a lot of fun, honestly whatever (within reason) the kiddos find to be fun I can work with finding a safe activity to enjoy.
My experience with special needs children...
I have more experience with adults with severe special needs as I worked as RTS in home healthcare for adults with developmental delays and disabilities. That being said, I have experience with g-tube feedings, lifts, developmental delay education (especially around cutting up food or avoiding certain foods), reading individual plans for care, and am a super fast learner when it comes to routines!
