I think the most important part about being a nanny is having fun with the kids so that they’re never bored and don’t ever want to dread when the nanny comes over. I think it’s also important to show them love and patients so that they create a bond with you never feel like you are a stranger!

My brother is actually on the spectrum for autism, My mother also works with special needs children as a school teacher and I have went in and helped her in her classroom.
