Hi! My name is Emma, I am passionate about helping children learn, grow and ultimately keep a smile on their face. I have been working with children for eight years now and it has no longer become a job to me but my passion. I have several references among request! I am CPR/First Aid certified and mostly work with younger children under the age of 5. In previous families I have done everything from meal prep to laundry and everything in between.Helping you out is part of this amazing job I do, and will do it all. In addition to being a nanny for over eight years, I volunteer on Sundays at my local church nursery in the infant room!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love taking the kiddos out into nature exploring and letting them learn all about their world. One of my personal favorite activities is creating/making sensory bins with different toys, colors and textures. This is a phenomenal activity for sensory development through playing! Infants and babies thrive when we are constantly talking and explaining things to them. So for example if baby is tired and done playing but not ready for a nap yet, grab your trusty wrap or sling and include baby in a task talking through the whole activity and explaining their new growing world that might be mundane tasks to us!

The most important part of being a nanny to me is making sure each and every one of the kiddos in my care not only feels safe and comfortable but is learning, exploring and most importantly having fun learning through play! I take great pride in knowing that the parents I work with feel comfortable, safe and confident in the care I am providing for them.
