A little bit about me

Hi there! I’ve worked in childcare for the last 7 years and I have loved every minute of it. My senior year of high school I spent 1 year at The Learning Center working with infants. Then I moved to Richmond and spent two years at VCU for Early Elementary Education while also working full time at Grace Covenant Child Development Center. I worked as an assistant teacher in the infant room my first year there. I was then promoted to a lead teacher in the toddler room. After 2 years of teaching toddlers I took a nannying job with two boys who were 2 and 4 at the time. I spent 3 wonderful years with their family but as the boys got older I am only needed as an occasional babysitter. I was offered an assistant director position at Bundle of Joy where I spent 5 months. I am CPR / First Aid certified, MAT (medical administration training) certified, and have completed numerous early childhood trainings.
