Hi families! I’m Emma I have nannied since I was 17, I'm currently 21 and have had the honor of working with 5 families. I have taken child development classes and am first aid certified and CPR certificated. I am currently with a family of 5 kids ranging from 2 yrs- 9yrs old. I have a resume I’d love to send over if you are interested! This family I am with right now will not need me here soon as mama is gonna be a SAHM after baby #6. I do kids laundry, dishes, floors, kids clean up and prepare dinner most nights. I help with kids homework, imaginary play and take younger ones to early childhood development classes. I love doing story time at the public libraries with my nanny babies, walking in the park and of course sensory play.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I feel like the most important part of being a nanny is to love the kids like they are your own. To adapt to the family aspect of a routine and to help mom and dad have a smoother home life. Such as cleaning up and help prep dinner, keeping care of their home to get to spend those few hours at home with their baby.

My experience with special needs children...

I have help a couple family friends who have babies with special needs, also my aunt is a teacher that works with disabled kids and my grandma worked at a disabled home for many years. Also have helped my mom who was in a coma from [phone number hidden] recover and gain back her strength. I helped her with physical therapy , relearning how to walk and talk. Also helped with her feeding tube.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment has been watching my first nanny baby take her first steps. Also love watching my nanny babies gain confidence in themselves. My most recent moment was watching my nanny baby put on his shoes for the first time all by himself
