I’ve had a lifelong connection with childcare. Starting with helping in church as a teen, then gaining hands-on experience in daycares, babysitting, and nannying. I’ve also studied Early Childhood Education, which has given me a deeper understanding of child development and learning. These experiences have helped me build patience, creativity, and a strong ability to support kids at different stages in a safe and nurturing environment.

One of my favorite nanny memories was with a sweet brother and sister, ages 3 and 5. We’d go on little “nature walks” and collect leaves and rocks—one day they made me a flower crown and called me the “Queen of the Backyard.” It was such a small moment, but it made me feel so connected to them. Being part of their world like that is what I love most about this work.
