I think helping be a back bone for the parent and child/children. I know raising children can be tough while juggling the responsibilities of the world. So someone that can be relied on by both parties. Someone who’s fun, smart, caring and kind.
My experience with special needs children...
I don’t have experience persay but I am a genuine kindhearted person. I’m very understanding and patient. I do have some medical knowledge on how to distribute meds, I also know how to calm the children down through breathing exercises or making them laugh :)
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment was when my friends kiddo brought me a little Belle figurine from their daycare. Because I like collecting small things like that and they remembered it was very sweet.
