More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a volunteer leader with my local vacation bible school during the summers for 5 years. This involved leading a group of 4-5 kids between ages 5yrs-10yrs through a schedule of daily activities and workshops, managing mealtimes, and drop-off and pick-up.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I like to learn new things alongside kids, inventing new games or challenges, and exploring their interests. I love doing arts & crafts, working through homework, or just settling in with a good book!

I’ve worked with many different kids with many different needs. My mom was a Special Education Tech in elementary schools for 10+ years. We lived and provided care to our family member with Down Syndrome who lived with us for 10+ years.
