A little bit about me

I am college student going into my sophomore year. I have worked with children over the past four years. I have worked with children as young as three months old. The longest experience I had working with a child was with a little boy for about six months. I was also a volunteer teaching assistant for six months which gave me experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 10 years old, some of whom had special needs. I worked with children who had diverse academic abilities. I was required to work one-on-one with the children who had a harder time focusing in a classroom setting. I always made sure to provide them with a healthy learning environment where they could work at their own pace.
