A little bit about me

Hi my name is Erika! I wanted to tell you a little bit about myself! I am a very compassionate, kind, respectful person, who also likes adventures and having fun! I have been around kids my whole life, since my mom has owned a day care home since I was born! I was a certified preschool teacher in high school, got to make my own lesson plans, do crafts as well as activities with kids, ages 3-4. I also babysat my nephews and niece which ages ranged from 3-10 years old! I did lesson plans with them as well, help with homework, and took them on fun adventures! I nannied my oldest nephew, but now that he is growing up, I won't be his nanny anymore. But it truly is such a rewarding experience seeing them grow up! I am AED, CPR, First Aid Certified. I want to be able to build a bond with the kids as well as the families, that is very important to me. I am able to read, write, and speak in English and Spanish fluently. I am able to create lesson plans, and have fun activities planned as well!
