More About Me

I hold a bachelors degree in elementary education. I have been working in childcare for the last 15 years. All ages from infant to school age. I have my CPR/first aid certification and fire safety. Currently I am a lead pre-k teacher, but I am looking to working for one family with a few kids. I love arts and crafts, going outside, playing games, reading. I love animals and have two cats. I have also cared for dogs. I would not mind doing housework, errands, or cooking. I am also available for transportation as well. I have an SUV with three seats in the back. I live in Athens but I am willing to travel for my job!

I love to play games - both board and video. I enjoy doing arts and crafts. Reading is a major hobby of mine. I love to teach anything from ABCs to letters and all in between. I love to go outside and play.

Learning who my kids are and then loving them. Spending time with them and being there for them no matter what they need. I love the connection I have with my kids.

My bachelors is in elementary and special education. I have also worked with children with special needs. Those that have autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and the like.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment with my kids was when we just turned on the music and had a full out dance party. We were being silly and goofy but having the best time. I also love the little aha moments kids have when they learn something new.
