A little bit about me

Hi, I'm Ernestina. I'm a Freshman at Fordham University. I am proficient in Italian. I've had more than 5 years experience babysitting, tutoring, and petsitting. I began caring for my neighbors' children when I was 12, and I volunteered at a child day care for 3 summers. I've been a camp counselor, a child watch employee, and a teacher's helper. I am willing to complete any task given to me, and stay positive throughout stressful moments. In high school, I joggled sports, jobs, and keeping my grades A+ in all of my AP and Honors classes. I used to volunteer at a senior home and sing christmas carols to the elderly. I also volunteered at a local animal shelter and dogsat for friends and family, and WWOOFed in Italy on a farm, gathering/picking vegetables and milking goats. I also have house sitted and watered neighbors' gardens while they were away on vacation, making sure everything was in order. I'm very good at cooking, and with the right ingredients, I can whip up anything!
