Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I spent two years being an Au Pair in Germany and in the United States. I also have experience as an art teacher. I am now a mom of one and we are always finding new ways to learn and grow.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy setting up sensory experiences for children of all ages, including stuff like rice, sand, play dough, and water. I also like making use of language baskets and I put effort into exploring topics that the children are interested in for example: dinosaurs, space, farm animals, cooking, cleaning. It's always fun to go on nature walks and climbing at the playground.

Setting boundaries so kids feel safe. Being consistent and trustworthy for both the parents and the kids. Loving boldly and modeling kindness.

The most important part about being a nanny...

There are too many moments to count. Like when E was learning to talk and one of her first sentences was "Eme I need you." or when T told me after not seeing me in a while that he remembers me and loves me. These kids always end up with a piece of my heart.
