Hello friends, my name is Eudilysa Ferreira. I am Dominican and I grew up here in New York City, Washington Heights. I am a 19 year old college student going to Bronx community college majoring in Neonatal Nursing. While working as a teacher's assistant in an After School Child Care Center and a Daycare it has shown me how much I enjoy being around kids their energy, curiosity, and the way they see the world made each day fun and unpredictable. Seeing them learn, grow, and explore new things was such a rewarding experience that it made me want to keep working with children. It has taught me the value of being a bilingual, patient, and organized young adult. These skills help me connect with kids from different backgrounds, stay calm in challenging situations, and keep things running smoothly in a busy environment. They create a positive space where children feel understood, supported, and able to grow.
