Activities I enjoy doing with children...
STEAM activities, if I'm going to be honest. I love cramming as much learning into one fun thing. I also really love Montessori, though, so I need to chill out with that! It's really hard to unlearn public school time-saving lesson planning skills, especially when you're good at it and find it fun, lol.
But basically, I really love a good scavenger hunt for different types of leaves to press, or bird watching and then drawing the birds we see, or making a silly song about it! Lots of fun stuff to do at the park or at home!

My experience with special needs children...
My younger brother was born with epilepsy, experienced grand mal seizures as a baby, and had cognitive development delays, possibly as a result. Somewhat unintentionally, growing up, I've always been my brother’s third caretaker. And my parents now have it in writing that if anything happens, he's my kid lol.
He's a happy fellow most of the time. Like any person, he wants to do what he wants to do sometimes. His interests just haven't grown beyond the preschool and elementary age, though. And that's okay! :)
I'm also quite experienced with children with ASD and ADHD separately, since my cousin’s kids have it, and I’ve taught and tutored children with both.
