Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy reading stories, singing, drawing, playing educational games (puzzles, and learning ABCs/numbers), outdoor activities, helping with homework, and Making sure children are safe, clean, and comfortable
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is trust and responsibility.
Parents are trusting you with their most precious gift. So you must be reliable, patient, and always put the child’s wellbeing first. This means feeding them on time, keeping them clean, helping them learn, and giving them love and attention every day.

My experience with special needs children...
During my time working at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, I supported and assisted patients and families, including children with different health conditions and special needs.
In the hospital I learned to be patient, gentle, observant, and to follow instructions carefully from doctors and nurses. I helped with basic care, keeping children comfortable, clean, and safe. I also learned how important routine, calm communication, and a clean environment are for children who need extra care.
I am respectful, compassionate, and I understand that every child is different. I’m willing to learn any specific care routines a family needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is when I’m reading a story or singing with children and they start laughing and copying me. I love seeing them learn new words, feel safe, and be happy. The best part is when a child runs to hug you and says "thank you aunty". That makes all the hard work worth it.
In Oman I cared for a baby girl from when she was a newborn, and now she is 2 years old. I love how proud I feel when I teach her how to count and she says it back to me. I also taught her to say "please" and "thank you". Watching her grow and learn is my greatest joy.
