My sisters biological parents participated in harmful activities when she was in the womb so as a result , she has a hole in her brain. She will never grow past the age of 12 in some areas and younger in others. It’s been difficult but we’ve established healthy practices and habits and ways of communicating to help all parties.

As mentioned before, I was a full time nanny for 2 years. The youngest was 2 and I helped prep him for pre-school. We worked on the alphabet to show his mom and after she got back and he sang to her he ran up to be and hugged me and kept saying one word over and over - “happy, happy, happy” and that made my heart so happy!
