I am 19 years old. I work part time as a financial advisor, but I am looking for a full time job. I love taking care of kids, I enjoy spending time with them. Growing up I always took care of my siblings. At 16 I started taking care of some of my family friends kids, but I decided to wait until I got a little older to look for a babysitter/nanny job. I can cook and clean I do have a vehicle to get from point A to point B. I enjoy doing activities with kids so their not on the screens all day, and I am very healthy and athletic so I wouldn’t mind helping children with extra curricular activities. I also do speak fluent spanish.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have 7 siblings in total, 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Growing up when I would stay at my mom’s house I would have to take care of my sisters. I learned how to change their diapers, make them bottles, and food I learned how to take care of them when they were sick, change, and clean them. My brothers are a little older so at my dads house I would stay with them and make sure they did their homework, help them out with any questions, make them food and take them to their extra curricular activities. I have never had an actual babysitter/nanny job but I have taken care of some family friends kids, along side all of my siblings.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

My family was always very big on sports growing up I was always in a dance team, but also played soccer, volleyball, and basketball throughout the years. I am still very healthy and athletic so I would really love to teach and play sports with children. I also love coloring and reading books. I always want kids to do what they are happy doing weather it’s being active or learning something new!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love children. I can’t wait for the day that I am able to have children of my own. I feel like the most important part about being a nanny is to treat these kids as if they were your own, since their parents have enough trust to leave them with you. Kids are a huge responsibility and I love the commitment that comes with watching our future stars grow up!
