More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with children in both classroom and childcare settings. I completed a two-year early childhood education program in high school, where I spent part of each school day teaching in a preschool classroom. As part of that program, I also completed a six-week placement in a 2nd grade classroom at a local elementary school. Through this program, I was also able to get my EEC certification. In addition, I’ve worked as a teacher’s assistant for three summers at an elementary school, supporting students in grades K–5. These experiences helped me develop strong classroom management skills, a deep understanding of child development, and the ability to adapt to the needs of a wide range of age groups.
