Patience. Patience. Patience. Kids are still learning how to understand their feelings and express them, kindness and patience is the key to bonding and a healthy communicative relationship.( At least that’s what I think I’ve gathered so far). My job is to make sure that not only your child is safe and happy, but that they also feel safe and happy WITH me. Change can be overwhelming but I’ll always strive for the little smiles, because crocodile tears break my heart.

My favorite moment has to be when I was nannying my two previous girls, and they had their friends over (total of 7 girls under the age of 10) and we had a giant dance party/ water balloon fight on the trampoline lol
